Notes:
- For binding booking, please do advance payment at 20% of total costs by bank transfer or PayPal.
- The prices do not include breakfast (5EURO in addition). If wished, please inform us in advance. Actually you can do-it-yourself, because in the supermarket "REWE City" (only 40m away), there is fresh-baked bread for a very reasonable price! (go to the end of the supermarket, where there is a shelf with fresh-baked bread) or at the entrance of the supermarket, there is a bakery called "KAMPS" (but price higher).
- During trade fairs, carneval and important holidays special rate! (please ask for daily rate). Subletting is NOT allowed!
- Cash payment on arrival. In addition there is a deposit of 50,-EUR for the key & internet access. This amount will of course be refunded back at check-out.
- Check-In from 17:30 o'clock (5:30PM). In any cases, please always tell us your arrival time. If my booking schedule allowes, earlier check-in is of course possible.
- Check-Out normally before 12:00 o'clock at noon time. After prior consultation with us a late check-out possible, depending on the availability of the room.
- Smoking is NOT allowed in the flats! If you want to smoke, please go down to the street and smoke outside or you book the room with balcony and smoke outside on balcony.
- Please note: Unfortunately we cannot host pets.
